Assessment G.T. Writing Class – 40 out of 200 total marks Exams – 1.Usually 20 marks for short answer vocabulary Skills Basic Knowledge of the stories we read 2.And 20 marks for a writing composition

– Use what you know and clues from the story to figure out what will happen next. – Ask questions about what happens – Ask where the story happens – Ask what the characters are like… etc. – Mark, underline, highlight the interesting or important parts. – Draw or sketch the pictures you imagine.

Turn to page one of your Guiding Notes Work in pairs to answer the questions.

A prediction is a good guess about what will happen in a story. It is based upon clues an active reader has picked up from her reading.
