7 Active Readers 1.Ask Questions – Ask questions about what happens – Ask where the story happens – Ask what the characters are like… etc. 2.Mark the Page – Mark, underline, highlight interesting otr important parts. 3.Visualize – Draw or sketch the pictures you imagine. 4.Predict – Use what you know and clues from the story to figure out what will happen next.
