AUDRPT AUDRPT was not displaying changes that were made to the supervisor ID field either via USPLOAD or from the USPS web application This has been corrected

Deduction Audits Changes made to deductions via the web application were not being audited in all cases This has been corrected

MASCHG CHGSSN, CHGEMPID, and MASID were incorrectly updating the ZID cross reference file (EMSLID.IDX) when an employee ID or SSN was changed. This has been corrected so that the file will be kept in sync based on the USPSDAT/USPCON flag

MASCHG/CHGEMPID It was possible to include lowercase letters in an employee ID if loading custom IDs via a parms file. This has been corrected and any lowercase characters passed will be converted to uppercase

USPSCN/POSSCN The position code was being validated incorrectly It was being validated using a minimum and maximum range instead of searching the options file for the position code entered. This has been corrected

ABSRPT/ABS103 This report was displaying the unit type from JOBSCN not the unit type from BENSCN This has been corrected and the unit type as specified on BENSCN will now be used

USPRPT/CHKSTS CHKSTS was not sorting correctly when the vendor number is in place and the report is sorted by deduction code. This was specifically happening for Electronic Transfers (ET) and Group Deductions (GD). This has been corrected.

ERNREG In certain situations the account code information was missing for employees on the ERNREG report We have corrected this problem for all known occurrences

ERNREG Invalid characters were sometimes printing on the report This has been corrected

EMIS Adjustment Days EMIS day counts could be incorrect if EMIS attendance or absence adjustment entries were entered using hours in ATDSCN. This has been corrected.

USPEMS/USPEMX USPEMX will not be used for FY10 reporting All data will be gathered using the EMIS-R data collector USPEMX has been removed from the USPEMS menu
