2. MODULE AIMS: To give the instruments to analyze the most interesting aspects of public international law starting from the international legal subjects and the basic sources in order to develop, inter alia, the concept of international responsibility, especially in cases of violation of foreign investors’ rights. Special attention will be given to international organizations, international economic law, international contracts and to EU institutions and its most important policies.
