What does a critical review consist of? A critical review is divided into three main parts: - Describing the subject matter: Name of the artist, name of the artwork, location of the exhibition, detailed description of the artwork. - Taking a position: Your point of view, opinion and reaction. Would you encourage the reader to go and see the artwork or not? - Analysis: Justify and provide supporting examples for your opinion; provide details explaining your position
