Rise in Technology Ofcom research shows that: 42% of children are have their own tablets. 91% of 5-15 year olds live in a household with internet access. Apple had to refund parents over £20m for apps bought by children.

New National Curriculum Key Stage 1 Use technology safely and respectfully, keeping personal information private; identify where to go for help and support when they have concerns about content or contact on the internet or other online technologies. Key Stage 2 Use technology safely, respectfully and responsibly; recognise acceptable/unacceptable behaviour; identify a range of ways to report concerns about content and contact.
