3 Checklist for Setup Do you have power to the POS? Are you sharing power with heavy equipment? Do you need assistance? Q: If the terminal freezes, how do I reboot it? A: Unplug and re-plug Push and hold the power button till it powers off, push it again to turn it on

5 Don’t wait until the last minute to check your items. See the show host if you are missing items or allowances.

9 Targeted Items will be highlighted in a contrasting color on the POS screens A “Show Specials” report will be distributed to customers, helping them to seek out deals across the show floor These items have been selected by sales reps for you and the customer to focus on at the show. Focus on Targeted Items

10 Targeted Items are highly likely to sell. Sales reps have chosen these items due to their high penetration opportunity, so pay special attention to them as you interact with customers.

11 Choose and item and the ordering screen pops up Order by individual weeks or across all weeks No Math! To delete an order, change its value to ‘0’ To change the quantity, simply enter a new number Book for the Entire Shipping Period

15 Customers can choose “Item Interest” when they aren’t ready to commit to a purchase Pre-configured selections are available, designating what needs to happen after the show This allows you to track and secure future business This allows you to track and secure future business Collect a Lead

16 Anytime a customer isn’t ready to make a purchase, take a lead. This will give their sales rep the best opportunity to earn the sale after the show.

17 Customers may receive swipe cards for the parent account They will be able to order for either the parent OR the children! To start the order customer swipes their card and touches an item exactly like a regular account. When they choose an item they can then decide how to split the items between accounts. Multi-Unit Ordering

18 Order for individual accounts. Order across Accounts – i.e. 3 cases to each Order bulk and let the system divide it up - i.e. 25 cases split out across all 3 25 Multi-Unit Ordering

19 Additional Rebate Negotiation Vendors, Brokers, or Show Staff (i.e. category managers or senior management can receive negotiation cards Negotiation cards must be signed out The card allows you to access special deal functions through the VENDOR FUNCTON buttons Use negotiations to tip the scale on Targeted Items
