3. Goals Retrofit up to 30 off-road, heavy-duty vehicles with Spiracle CCCF units and DOCs. 1985 - 1995 MY engines Front-end loaders, graders, and dump trucks (>110 horsepower) Bulldozers and compactors (>250 horsepower) Reduce ~30% of PM, HC, and CO around sensitive populations.
