Design a specific fitness session for 3 of the following components of fitness (or combination).  Aerobic fitness  Body fat reduction  Cardiovascular endurance  Stretching (flexibility)  Strength  Power (activity or sport specific)  Muscular endurance  Muscle hyertrophy

9 Theme 4 a] Review and adapt a client’s exercise program in accordance with their progress For each of the following clients, a) analyse their progress in a short response b) Outline your recommendations c) Make the adaptations to their current program
