Plot Se – Setting: time and place of a literary work Fk – Flashback: action that interrupts the plot to show an event that occurred at an earlier time. Sh – Foreshadowing: clue that suggest events that have yet to occur M – Mood: feeling created in the READER by the passage. T – Tone: WRITER’S attitude toward his or her subject. Characterization A – Antagonist: character opposing the protagonist P – Protagonist: central character that tries to accomplish or overcome an adversity. Dy – Dynamic Character: a character that changes in actions or beliefs.
