A vehicle to accountability where progress can be measured against individual innovation scorecards, and the “DeRocco Scorecard”; where an innovation can be tracked through our stage gate process. A world-class model which demonstrates best practices in online collaboration, and enforces world-class information management. VISION:

Communicate the purpose and value of online collaboration. Train leaders in each innovation group to use their collaborative workspace. GOALS (SHORT-TERM):

Implement stage gate process management within the West Michigan workspace. Create policies and practices which direct users through the collaborative environment. Continue to provide training for each innovation group. GOALS (FIRST YEAR):

Evolve the collaborative workspace to be completely managed within our region. Provide a palette of additional tools which could be used on a per-innovation basis. Continuously examine our collaboration processes for opportunities for improvement. GOALS (LONG-TERM):
