Correction should be done selectively and gently; learn to pick your battles they will respect you for this 3. All children hold the potential to learn, they just need to be given the opportunity to shine and it is your job to provide them with one 4. Children should not be treated equally as their needs are all different and compassion is the first step to understanding their needs 5.
