3 F.I.T.  Intensity  Intensity is how hard you exercises during  Intensity can be measured by monitoring THR

4 F.I.T.  Time  Time is the length of the physical activity.  Cardiovascular- 3-5x a week and 25-30 minutes  Flexibility- hold stretch for 30 seconds
