F.I.T. Frequency Frequency is how often you perform the physical activity. Safe frequency is 3-5 times a week. After a work out, muscles require 24 hour recovery time

F.I.T. Intensity Intensity is how hard you exercises during Intensity can be measured by monitoring THR

F.I.T. Time Time is the length of the physical activity. Cardiovascular- 3-5x a week and 25-30 minutes Flexibility- hold stretch for 30 seconds
