OPPORTUNITY #1 MOGL has the opportunity to implement a more personalized and rewarding loyalty program based on the growing trend for individual value, the emerging market with price sensitive consumers, and the existing number of reward programs with a large user-base that can substitute MOGL. Environment- Recovering economy, CA poverty Industry- Satisfying customers’ preferences Competition- Personalized rewards programs pay off!

OPPORTUNITY #2 MOGL has the opportunity to “Gamify” a competitive fundraising program that incorporates different levels, involving all groups and organizations within any college campus given the diverse demographics in the college community, its ability to remain technologically competitive with data collection & analysis, and the opportunity to diversify rewards incentives. OPPORTUNITY #3 MOGL has an opportunity to expand its marketing strategies as a sustainable organization because of a growing awareness of the “going green” behaviors among college campuses, an ability to incorporate local and sustainable markets to the campus environment, and to increase the competitive advantage of community involvement. THREAT #1 MOGL has a potential threat in losing a substantial customer base due to sensitivity to security, customer’s demand for electronic transaction, and a strive amongst competitors for technological innovation to gain customer loyalty. THREAT #2 MOGL’s simplistic, “gamifying” approach may become a potential threat due to the high expectations of today’s consumers, the imitability of its current strategies by other companies, and the lack of variety in terms of the rewards and incentives MOGL offers.
