Benefits Update OPSRP (tier 3) PERS retiree can only work 599.99 hours per calendar year Pre-retirement worked <599.99 Can work up to 599.99 combined pre-retirement and post- retirement in the year they retire Pre-retirement worked >599.99 Can not work post-retirement until the next calendar year Tier One and Tier Two retiree’s count only post- retirement hours towards their limit of 1039 hours
