HR Upgrade Project Project will result in a fully integrated HR solution for recruitment, appointments, onboarding, payment, training and performance management of staff, facilitated through an employee homepage. 3 mins PeopleSoft will also host our onboarding for new staff. The onboarding is activity driven and displays a task progress bar enabling the new staff member a visual reminder of task to complete. Where possible the activities have been linked directly to where the staff member can take direct action to complete the University requirements. 22
