5.  Must pass a fit test prior to wearing respirator  Qualitative fit test for half face respirator  Quantitative fit test for full face respirator  Issuance form must be filled out  Positive and Negative fit-check

6.  Visual inspect respirator prior to use  Cleaned after each use  Stored in a clean and sanitary location  Repairs are made according to manufacture
