4 Stages of ImplementationFocusStageDescription Exploration/Ado ption Decision regarding commitment to be apart of the OrRTI Project. Commitment to adopt the use of the essential components of RTI. InstallationDevelop standards for core program, assessment, & data based teaming systems so that successful implementation can take place and be supported (develop plan). Initial Implementation Try out the practices, work out details, learn and improve before expanding to other contexts. Full Implementation Expand the program/practices to other locations, individuals, times- adjust from learning in initial implementation. Continuous Improvement Make it easier, more efficient. Embed within current practices. Work to do it right! Work to do it better! Should we do it! MIBSLI

6 Stages of ImplementationFocusStageDescription Exploration/Ado ption Research where to get your brakes fixed: Price, location, trustworthiness etc. Installation Order the materials, properly trained technician, appropriate equipment to do the work, time to do the work, be able to generalize to all kinds of cars. Initial Implementation The store will prepare for your visit: schedule staff, have parts & equipment ready & schedule the work bay and begin installing your brakes, Full implementation Customer is ready to take the car out and drive it. Continuous Improvement Regular checks on how much brake pads are left and noticing of any anomalies. Work to do it right! Work to do it better! Should we do it!
