9 Terms of Reference Monitor inflows of funds for various phases of post-flood recovery and reconstruction; Review plans for post-flood reconstruction; Monitor progress of implementation of reconstruction; Interact with authorities relevant to reconstruction (Economic Affairs Division, Planning Commission, NDMA and Provincial Governments); Ensure effective targeting and transparent disbursement of support to genuine affectees; Prepare quarterly reports for the Council of Common Interests, and Commission and supervise audits on utilization of funds National Oversight Disaster Management Council (NODMC)
