3 Data analysis Data analysis is the survey process that aims to provide answers to the overarching questions identified by stakeholders the process of transforming raw data into statistics and statistics into useable information presented in the form of numbers, tables and graphics and interpreted in analytical articles that discuss the trends and patterns in the data and their significance for policy or programme formation Involves organizing, summarizing and interpreting the data in a way that provides clear answers to policy- releavnt questions
