Jacques Cartier was a French explorer that landed in Quebec in 1535. A winter carnival is held every year from January to February. Quebec city is 400 years old and is the oldest French speaking community in North America. Largest Canadian Province.

Poutine is a common food in Quebec. It is made up of fries, Gravy, and cheese curls. Bagels are another tasty meal in Quebec.
