1. OUR DECISION We all think that our decision is the best for rebuilding Monserrat. Everything on the list was equally a valuable piece in putting Monserrat back together. However there are some things that should start it off, these are the things that we think should come first. By Patrice, Aisha and Fatima

2. YEAR 1 We decided to start with the improvements of roads, streets and bridges. We chose to do this first because we need roads to move around and carry supplies from one place to another. This will help houses, jobs and sites to be built. We need bridges to transport goods and provisions over sea to help with the structure of new buildings.

3. YEAR 2 In the second year our priority is ash, quarrying and processing plant. We chose this as our second priority because this will help with the reconstruction of 5,000 houses for people and the provision of jobs. It can also help with building sites for tourists to come and see, it will also make Monserrat popular again. I think that when we have finished constructing our plan the new Monserrat will have houses like these and other facilities. Our decision will change Monserrat for the better and will bring more people back.

4. YEAR 3 In year 3 we decided to build 2 new tourist hotels We chose this as our 3 rd priority because with these hotels we can attract tourists and if they recommend It, it will make more money (meaning more buildings). We are also going to use the money earned to build more attractions to Monserrat.

5. YEAR 4 In the last year we decided to build a new airport. This will also help with an escape if the volcano were ever to erupt again. Our 4 reconstructions fit in together very well and is a great way to bring Monserrat back on track. We will also have more facilities built soon.

7. CONCLUSION We have worked hard to come up with the best choice for Monserrat. We know and believe in our decision and that it is the best. We checked the prices and expenses and we have money left to rebuild more and reconstruct. The first two years are the most important and we do plan on rebuilding them for sure. We also have big plans for Monserrat in the future and hope that it will be affective. We can change the appearance of Monserrat so it will be popular again.
