Project objectives. Development and commercialization of Images Generator and others programs from area Graphics and CAD. Expansion and research of topological routing algorithm. Expansion of methods of creation 3D pictures. Development of the methods, allowing to create the programs having properties of raster and vector graphic editors. The review of the graphic editors market. The most popular products are such graphic editors as Photoshop, Corel and Paint Shop Pro. These programs are focused on professional artists. They have the big sizes that cause inconvenience of using and demand long time for their studies. Editors of average size as NeoPaint and ImageForge have no sufficient opportunities. New computer graphic methods allow changing a situation. The program ‘Images Generator’ has the small size and ample opportunities, some of which are unique. This program can serve as the basic tool for users of initial and an average level and additional means for professional artists and designers.

The review of the autorouters market. Systems of designing of printed-circuit-boards of firms Accel, Cadence, Orcad and others include programs of autotrace of electrical wires. Program Specctra concerns to the most effective programs. But manual tracing provide the better quality. Therefore increasing of efficiency remains an actual problem. Occurrence of topological autorouters is a step forward. Program Topor concerns to them. In comparison with this program the offered method provides the following advantages. Over tracing of connections is carried out at a topological level. It provides optimization by amount of crossings. This characteristic determine amount of transitions from a layer on a layer in PCB. The model of tracing space has the greater flexibility in adaptation to different structures of assembly areas.

Method of topological routing. The space is broken on macro regions, having approximately quadrangular shape. For everyone region connection is described by a code. To carry out or remove connection means to remove or add its topological description to a set of descriptions of region. The shape of border of region can be determined after realization of all connections. It provides however large density and combining of stages of placement and routing. Fill methods. Properties of topological algorithm of routing allow using it for fill of the selected image areas. Lines of fill settle down in regular intervals on small distance among themselves and for each line color with the help of the color panel is set. Such methods provide scalability that allows using them in vector graphic editors.

Method of creating shapes. In the program ‘Images Generator’ a set of built - in shape templates is used. Imposing the built - in shape templates creates figure of the required shape. The external border of the created figure determines required shape.

Realization of lines by different colors The line can be broken on any amount of parts and for each part the color sequence can be given.

Using of a vector brush in aggregate with trajectories Vector brush we shall name a line of the given shape and carry out by different colors in the given sequence. A vector brush draw in points of a trajectory or at moving the mouse. It provides a line of graphic effects, in particular, 3D effect. Methods of selection area of images and edge detection. In the ‘Images Generator’ 18 modes of selection of image area on affinity of colors are used. Now RGB and HSL color models are used. We plan to use LAB, HSB and other models too. VB.Net Graphic component for this is close to end. It may be used in vision systems.

Stages of work Commercialization of program ‘Images Generator’. Design, web site, the documentation, advertising. Development of plugins and graphic components. Development of the program of routing for tracing space with regular structure and program for photo processing. Patenting of new ideas. The first stage, which can be executed within one year by a team of 12 person and does not demand additional scientific researches, is the following: At the second stage tasks of development of the program of routing for tracing spaces with complex structure, development of methods of creation of scaled images, and development of programs for mobile and web can be executed on the basis of the offered methods.
