They have the big sizes that cause inconvenience of using and demand long time for their studies. Editors of average size as NeoPaint and ImageForge have no sufficient opportunities. New computer graphic methods allow changing a situation. The program ‘Images Generator’ has the small size and ample opportunities, some of which are unique. This program can serve as the basic tool for users of initial and an average level and additional means for professional artists and designers.

6. Method of topological routing. The space is broken on macro regions, having approximately quadrangular shape. For everyone region connection is described by a code. To carry out or remove connection means to remove or add its topological description to a set of descriptions of region.
