10. OVERALL AIM The Ecoheat4EU project aims to create the preconditions and initiate a transformation of national legislative frameworks to ensure the effective promotion of modern DHC systems. BY: * comprehensively surveying and analysing (support) legislation for DHC in a wide range of European countries; and * presenting policy-makers with tools to improve the legislative environment for DHC.
