The Climate Change Matrix Climate Change and Security: Interrelation Distribution of dwindling natural resources are points of stress concentration especially when vulnerable strata of society involved. Indian perspective Economically weak and badly affected neighbours. Sea level rise would cause internal and international migration at zones where such pattern already exists. Agriculture likely to be very badly affected: Weather related hunger likely to engulf billions. Climate Change and Indian Military. Briefly the major impacts that Indian military would have to contend with are: Logistics routes. Relocation of coastal military assets and maritime borders Manage depleting ODS Enhanced health care programme Faster melting of snow in Jammu & Kashmir Encroachment on military land due to migration
