STARTING SDS The program will load automatically when the phone is turned on. Or, press either button to load the program

STARTING SDS Or, if the phone is on, and the program is not loaded Go to “Java Apps” screen and highlight the “S” Press the “OK” button to load the program

LOGGING IN Enter your driver number here Enter your vehicle number here –No one else will be able to enter either number if you are already logged in Press the “Login” button to enter SDS

NEW MESSAGES Read any new messages that appear after logging in To clear the messages press the “Clear Msg” button

THE HOME SCREEN From this screen you will be able to access all other menus Menu items #5 – Stand Status #6 – GSR #9 – Cashiering (not used at this time) Are not used by the drivers

Home Menu #1 – My Trips Selecting this option will display your current trips

My Trips This message will appear after selecting “My Trips” This is the display of your stops on your current trip Time Assigned# of stops / Pax Stops assigned to current trip

My Trips When you select “Options”, the details of the highlighted stop will be displayed Scroll down to view the rest of the details

Vehicle Status #2 – Log Into Holding Lot When you are in a holding lot (LAX, SNA, BUR, LGB, ONT) select this item to show the airport dispatcher that you are available for business from the port

Log Into Holding Lot In the “Airport” field, press OK to open the choice menu Arrow down to choose your airport and press OK Arrow down to highlight “submit” and press select to assign your airport

Log Into Holding Lot Once logged into the port, this message is displayed

Vehicle Status #3 – Make Available Once you are clear in the field, choose this item to make yourself available for field work

Make Available This is the message that is displayed after making yourself available

Vehicle Status #4 - Inbound This is used to show dispatch that you have all your guest on board and you are heading to the port

Inbound This is used to show dispatch that you have all your guest on board and you are heading to the port

Vehicle Status #5 - Outbound This is used to show dispatch that you have all your guest on board and you are outbound from the port

Outbound Enter your outbound information for the dispatcher

Vehicle Status #6 – Make Unavailable This is used to show dispatch that you need a break and that you are unavailable for business

LOGGING OUT YOU MUST “LOGOUT” TO EXIT SDS From the “HOME” screen scroll down until “Logout” is highlighted Press the select button to exit

EXITING Make sure to select “YES”

LOGGED OUT To complete the logging out process, press “EXIT” You are now logged out.
