2. Changes for 2011-12  No Levels 1-4  No action needed if currently on volunteer list for TCM  6 th grade parents need to update school to Tucker Creek on county website  Volunteers monitored through “KeepWatch” and will be removed if arrested

3. For Teachers  Inform parents of the process at Open House  HUG Orientation on August 8-free fingerprinting  Volunteers will have green badges  Teacher’s responsibility to assure that volunteer has been approved  Volunteers currently ready to work with students  Volunteers should not grade papers  Parent must be fingerprinted and approved to attend field trips

4. New Volunteers  Complete application on Craven website  MUST obtain fingerprint packet from front office or Central Services  $5 fingerprinting fee if volunteer is unable to attend orientation  Active duty law enforcement must complete online application, fingerprint information sheet, and “Authority for Release of Information” only
