Referred Cases 1,203 cases were referred to settlement conference. 1,066 conferences were paid for in Fiscal Year 2010-11. 770 cases have been captured and are graphically displayed on the following charts. 394 cases are pending receipt of reports or actual conference. 39 cases were cancelled before reaching conference.

6. Referring Circuit Courts  Virginia Beach has referred 16% of the cases during Fiscal Year 2010-11.  73% of all FY10-11 cases were referred by 10 courts in the Tidewater Area (Hampton, Suffolk, Virginia Beach, James City/Williamsburg, Norfolk, Newport News, Isle of Wight, Portsmouth, York and Chesapeake).  27% of the cases in FY10-11 were referred by 68 other courts across Virginia.  A total of 78 circuit courts referred cases during the fiscal year.
