Weak strategies October 8, 20128 The City of Bergamo has already developed a series of strategies of energy conservation in the construction sector. The objective of SEAP is to reduce the emission of carbon dioxide of 20% by 2020. BUT… these activities focused mainly on the procedures for the construction of new building and nowadays a clear plan for sustainable renovations does not exist
