Friends Helping Friends… In a time of need, who do we call on for help?

Before life threw Elisa the lemons… For the many years we have known Elisa, she is generally always smiling! She has had medical issues since January of 1989 but has failed to let it control her life!

Elisa is highly educated with several college degrees and independent study certificates She is an independent associate for Prepaid Legal Services, Inc where she enjoys being able to help others have access to legal advise and help when they need it. Elisa is always there to help others in need, doing what she can to make their lives better. She attends MCC Winston Salem where she has found her extended family in Christ!

Sabi, Elisa’s Service Dog Sabi and Elisa are almost inseparable. Sabi has been there to wake Elisa when her blood pressure drops, her heart stops, she stops breathing, seizures, and helps with panic attacks. Most of Sabi’s skills are natural and has required little training to alert her mom if something is going on! They are amazing together.

Help needed: Elisa has been deemed uninsurable by every company here in the united states due to her medical condition. With no insurance her hospital visits are adding up fast and her medicines are very costly, even at Wal-mart where she gets them filled. In order for her to get disability she needs to be off work for a minimum of six months. She can’t afford to be off work, buy her medicine, and pay her regular expensesElisa has been deemed uninsurable by every company here in the united states due to her medical condition. Elisa is facing surgery at Forsyth Medical Center after Christmas to remove the ovary and cysts. Many of her friends are conducting fund raisers in GA, SC, and VA to help raise money for the hospital bill and her medications along with her regular monthly bills during her recovery. You can contact Elisa to get the contact person in each state if you would like to help with a fundraiser. Donations are also being accepted through paypal: emkeith71@hotmail.com is the address she uses there. This is also her contact email. emkeith71@hotmail.com

We are asking for prayers of financial blessings, healing, and any support you can offer to her. Together we can help an individual who has always been there to help others and has asked nothing in return…Let’s show her we care!
