2. This program is designed to stimulate the LOCAL economy with $1,000,000 in sales for local businesses during the week of August 23rd! The Holland Sentinel in partnership with The Holland Chamber will stimulate our local economy by printing a Special Edition to be published on August 23. It will be filled with great offers from local participating merchants! 3. All participating merchants purchase 100 - $5 Fast Cash Certificates at the beginning of the promotion. (additional certificates available). 6. Merchant Guidelines Merchant will receive their Fast Cash Certificates from The Holland Sentinel. The merchants are responsible for returning all “redeemed” and unused certificates to The Holland Sentinel by Friday, September 18 th or the merchant will be charged $5.00 for each Fast Cash Certificate received. The merchant will be billed for the difference between the Fast Cash Certificates received and Fast Cash Certificates returned @ $5.00 each. Each Fast Cash Certificate will be numbered on non-copy paper. (Duplicates of any kind are not valid) All merchants are required to hand out the Fast Cash Certificates at point of purchase for each $50 purchase between August 23 – August 29, 2009. All merchants will accept Fast Cash Certificates for redemption between August 30 – September 7,2009. If additional Fast Cash Certificates are needed the merchant can purchase more from The Holland Sentinel.

7. Customer Guidelines Customers will receive $5 Fast Cash Certificates for every $50 purchase from participating Merchants between August 23 – August 29, 2009 Customers may redeem their Fast Cash Certificates in any of the participating stores between August 30 – September 7, 2009. Fast Cash Certificates are NOT valid any other dates. Copied Fast Cash Certificates are not valid and will not be redeemed. 8. Selling points If all Fast Cash Certificates are handed out, the participating merchants will realize 1,000,000 in sales. Cost to the merchant is $250 for a full page, full color ad in the tab-sized publication. Bonus! If more certificates are returned than purchased, then merchant will earn $5.00 per additional certificate in future advertising dollars.
