Mobile Banking (Financial)
Since 1925 Financial Mobile Banking services have been approved by RBI. The APP is now available on the play store for android devices. The customer can use mobile banking for the bellow services Balance inquiry Transfer funds (with in bank) Schedule transfer Transfer funds (other bank) IMPS Cheque book request Mini Statement Stop / Revoke Cheque

First look for Mobile APP
Since 1925 Customer can download the AP P from PLAY STORE. Once the APP is installed the APP LOGO on any device will look as shown in the image beside. Firstly the APP will ask for the CUSTUMER Number – is CIF No. MPIN Once when we click on the ADC Bank APP icon. We will have to enter the Application Password, which we have to set when the application is opened for the first time.

Since 1925 Once the LOGIN is successful the screen will appear as shown in the same slide. Following MENU appears on the APP screen: 1) Enquiry 2) Transaction 3) Miscellaneous 4) Settings 5) Services 6) IMPS 7) Exit

Since 1925 On clicking ENQUIRY MENU Following SUB MENU appears on the APP screen: 1) Balance Enquiry 2) FD Balance Enquiry 3) Last Transaction 4) Cheque 5) Loan Services 6) Fund Transfer Limit

BALANCE ENQUIRY Screen
Since 1925 Customer can select the Account Number from the drop down box and then enter the MPIN (4 digit) to check the BALANCE

Since 1925 Customer can also check the LOAN Account details from the ENQUIRY MENU. Following details are mentioned in the screen: A/C No. Loan Balance Branch Name Product Name Loan Sanction Date Sanctioned Amount

Since 1925 Customer can also have the details of his last 5 transaction. Following details are mentioned in the screen: Transaction date Transaction amount At the end BALANCE is available

Fund Transfer Limit Screen
Since 1925 Fund Transfer Limit has been set for all type of transaction: Per day transfer limit Per month Transfer Limit It will also display the amount which was transferred on the same day as well as the sum of the amount which was transferred in the same month.

TRANSACTION MENU Screen
Since 1925 In the TRANSACTION MENU, the sub menu is headed as FUND TRANSFER. 3 further sub menu are available in the FUND TRANSFER MENU Own Accounts Other Accounts Other Bank Accounts

Own A/C Fund Transfer Screen
Since 1925 Customer can currently transfer funds Own Accounts Other Accounts Other Bank Accounts Customer have to ADD the BENEFICIARY to transfer the fund to Other Account, while the same is not required in Own Accounts. Customer can directly select the Account Number and enter the amount, remarks (if required) and MPIN and than PROCEED for the fund transfer.

Since 1925 Customer can change MPIN APPLICATION PASSWORD Customer can also ADD BENIFICIARY VIEW BENIFICIARY DELETE BENIFICIARY

Since 1925 MPIN is of 4 digit Customer can change the MPIN as and when required by using the mobile banking APP.

ADD BENEFICIARY Screen
Since 1925 Customer need to add the account number and details of the account for transferring fund which is referred as adding beneficiary. He/she will have to add the A/C No. of the beneficiary , Name of the account holder – just for the reference. In MPIN – the account holder has to enter his/her own MPIN Customer can also view and delete the Beneficiary from the same menu

Since 1925 Services menu contains the services related to CHEQUE BOOK Customer can request for Cheque book Stop Cheque Payment Revoke Cheque

REQUEST CHEQUE BOOK Screen
Since 1925 Customer can make the request for the new cheque book by selecting the account number from the drop down list. For Saving A/C – 15 leaves cheque book will be issued For Current A/C – 30 leaves cheque book will be issued For C/A District Banks & C/A Urban Banks – 90 leaves cheque book will be issued

REQUEST STOP CHEQUE Screen
Since 1925 Customer can stop the payment of the cheque from the mobile APP by entering the cheque number, issue date of cheque and the account number from which the cheque was issued.

Since 1925 Customer can revoke the cheque for which the customer had requested for the stop payment.

Since 1925 Synchronization can be done in the setting menu. Account Synchronization Beneficiary Synchronization

Since 1925 Customer can either click on Account and enter the MPIN to synchronize the accounts or can click on beneficiary to synchronize the beneficiary account. It is mandatory to synchronize the beneficiary. Beneficiary will be displayed in the fund transfer menu only if the Beneficiary is synchronized.
