10  Current Share Price - $11.27  Most Wall Street analysts have Hertz stock rated as a “buy”.  S&P has given Hertz a “positive” outlook, up from “neutral” last fall.  Exceeded the financial metrics in our business plan by a wide margin for every quarter in 2009.  Profit and productivity metrics are better then our car and equipment rental competitors.  Ample capacity to expand our businesses globally in 2011 and beyond.  Completed all fleet debt refinancing in the U.S. a year ahead of schedule and on terms comparable to those achieved in 2005.  Based on 2010 efficiency savings revised to $410 million, lower fleet costs and continued improvements in the Company's car rental business, Hertz is increasing full year 2010 adjusted diluted earnings per share guidance to a range of $0.47 to $0.48  Improved adjusted pre-tax income five consecutive quarters  Increased U.S. car rental revenues four consecutive quarters Financial Outlook
