3 Organisation General Criteria A centralised team to coordinate activity & provide WP expertise Staff with right skill set Identified link to Faculties Links with schools, colleges, LEAs, Careers providers For example Separate WP Office or Registry or Marketing or Learning &Teaching Teaching, creativity, networking, inter-personal organisation, flexibility Designated lecturer, Faculty-based WP officer Regional committee e.g Aimhigher, Local Heads

4 Outreach Delivery General Criteria Information Advice and Guidance activities Subject specific activities for students Sessions for staff Student ambassador & mentor/tutor scheme For example University choice workshop, Parents advice evening Psychology taster day, Robotics workshop, Fine Art summer school, Writing references University events plus after school clubs, in- school support
