Land Bridge Theory Earth’s last glaciation period began around 110,000 years ago and lasted 22,000 years

So how did it happen? Paleo-Indians: Nomadic (hunter gatherers) people crossed the exposed land bridge called Beringia into present day Alaska around 13,000 years ago They were following wild game Eventually these early humans migrated throughout North and South America and made up our early culture groups

Migrating South from Beringia Large game disappeared Nomadic Permanent settlements Farming and Irrigation developed Farming communities grew into cities and cities became the first centers for government and religious life in the Americas RIP Manny!
