 Logos (/ˈloʊɡɒs/, /ˈlɒɡɒs/, or /ˈloʊɡoʊs/; Greek: λόγος) is an important term. Originally a word meaning "a ground", "a plea", "an opinion", "an expectation", "word", "speech", "account", "to reason" [1][2] it became a technical term in philosophy, beginning with Heraclitus (ca. 535–475 BC), who used the term for a principle of order and knowledge. [3]/ˈloʊɡɒs/ ˈlɒɡɒs/ ˈloʊɡoʊs/Greekλόγος [1][2]Heraclitus [3]

 Clean. Smart. Ingenuous. Memorable. Easily reproduced.

Colour – Blue “The color blue is the color of trust and responsibility” Blue is one of the National colours, and the only one that is not politically sensitive;  This color is one of trust, honesty and loyalty. It is sincere, reserved and quiet, and doesn't like to make a fuss or draw attention. It hates confrontation, and likes to do things in its own way.  Blue relates to one-to-one communication, especially communication using the voice - speaking the truth through verbal self-expression - it is the teacher, the public speaker.

Font – Helvetica Corporations stick by Helvetica because of what they have invested in it. Because of this, it has become associated with corporate culture and business to some degree. Rise In Popularity  Helvetica was designed in post-war Europe, and many companies were looking for a change. It was the opposite of all the kitschy, fancy, decorative typography that covered corporate materials and advertisements.  Helvetica’s sleek lines and modern sensibilities were just what companies were looking for to remake their identities and set them apart from the past.

Placement  The “e” in “Project” is singled out and connects to the letterforms below, as if picked by the word “FUTURE” and carried forward. This transposition effect is symbolic of the process the civil service must go through…to take ideas and rationality from one expanse and move them forward to create something new and better. The separation of the “e” also places focus on the letters “pro”, a prefix with positive connotations.  The strong and dominant “U’s” in the ”FUTURE” play a dramatic balance with “project”. The letters in project are oblique and slightly supporting each other as if crossing over the opening of the U. “project” ends just before the opening of the second “U”, signifying the impasses needed to be crossed.  The oblique “F” represents the “Strategic Reforms Unit” poised and commissioned to move the civic service forward and effect change. It alone is slanted but gives the overall feeling of moving forward.
