Summary Meson loop is an effective description for non-perturbative aspect of QCD; It seems to be essential to understand some peculiar properties in heavy quarkonia decay; The quantitative calculations are sensitive to cut-off and exhibit model-dependent features; Need more processes both for theorists and experimentists.
