5. Carramore tombs is located in Ransboro,Co.Sligo in the North West of Ireland.

6. Carramore tombs are famous because the tombs there are up to 5000-5800 years old. People carried out the tradition of tradition of burying their dead here for 400-500 years. They travelled from all over Ireland with their loved ones’ remains 2 or 3 times a year.

7. The tombs are as old if not older than the Egyptian Pyramids. The central monument of Listoghill has been dated to 3600 BC! According to Petrie in the 1800s.
