Assignment books are the best way to check homework assignments. Curriculum Updates: I will post pictures and give you an overview of current topics. – updated each marking period- Links pages are used by students for research and resources to enhance text.

6. Homework Meant to reinforce and review class activity. Should not take more than 10 minutes per night for humanities – on average. Multiple nights are given for assignments that take longer. No meltdowns allowed

7. Notebook 1 st STEP Interactive Notebook- KEEPS ALL WORK TOGETHER. Notes- Student Reflections- Worksheets-Homework All work is titled and dated.  Stamp on assignment shows that due dates were met.  Not all homework is graded.

16. Tips from.. Been there, done that perspective Allow your child to become independent. Accept the fact that your child is not always going to be happy and that it can be a “good” thing. Let them make and learn from their own mistakes. Encourage your child’s efforts for their own personal satisfaction.
