7 Accomplishments in last 18 months Combined 3 prior tech transfer functions into one central office Hired 5 new professional staff, 5 support staff Installed and populated new database (JAKE) Redesigned website and invention disclosure form Moved into new office space—centrally located Published first annual report; quarterly newsletters In FY02, increased revenue 50% over prior year; FY03 projected to be almost double FY02
