Definition Resilience is the ability to recover readily from illness, depression or adversity.

Threats Cause Stress When you are threatened, your adrenal glands release cortisol into your body as a response to being under stress.

Bullying Is Psychological Self-talk is what you keep replaying in your mind. You can retrain your mind against false statements about you.

Be Resilient When you are resilient, you can stay in your normal state of mind, even if someone says something negative about you. Not everyone is going to like you and try to be your friend, but you should live in such a way to where even your enemies’ respect you.

Challenge Challenge - Find two people that you trust and ask each of them this question: How would you describe me to others?
