TROUBLESHOOTING Some of the common errors encountered are inputing incorrect passwords. Most times it can be corrected by double checking the characters entered. Another issue will the strength of the wireless network from the router to the laptop due to an obtrusion and/or the distance from the router. This can be fixed by coming closer to the router, or installing a wireless extender for better signal strength.
