Some background on Student Support Services More than 900 SSS programs on campuses nation-wide Entering its 30 th year at UW-Eau Claire Sister programs include: Upward Bound (for high school students) EOC (for area returning adult students) McNair Scholars Program (for students interested in pursuing graduate work)

Who does SSS serve? As mandated by Congress, SSS serves: First-generation college students Income-eligible students Students with disabilities

What do we hope to do? Students at UW-Eau Claire place well above the national average in terms of ACT scores and High School performance SSS aims to help program participants compete with confidence and succeed!
