ARC 9/2014 Shell’s Smart Solution Platform uses predictive analytics framework and ‘Big Data’ from 17,000+ instruments to optimize production, promote safety and avoid environmental issues for deep water assets. ARC 6/2014 SAP and Shell co-innovate on well and reservoir facility management using HANA to accelerate analytics, business processes and sentiment data processing. SAP 9/2014 Statoil’s Integrated Environmental Monitoring analyzes high volume of streaming data for early hydrocarbon leaks and environmental impact. IBM 2014 Anadarko uses topological analysis with subsurface geological, geophysical, petrophysical and production engineering data for exploration appraisal and field development.
