2 Design Qualitative pilot made by me and Giovana at 10 outlets, in two Saturdays 54 questions questionnaire, about owners’ profile, outlets’ characteristics, patrons’ profile, owners’ opinions and attitudes and dose volume (ml) Questionnaire by 40 college students who, in groups of two, walked along all the streets of the city, neighborhood by neighborhood All the interviews were conducted at Saturdays, beginning on 05, 22, 2003 and lasted for nine consecutive Saturdays, from 1h00 pm to 7h00 pm
