Cisco Confidential 1 If you cannot locate an individual in order to add Bill to ID(s) or enable support access, on the Manage by Name screen: 1 3 Screen 1 of 3: 1.Click the Add Name button. Screen 2 of 3: A new screen will appear. 3.Click on either the Add Bill to IDs button (to add BIDs without providing support access). 2.Enter the individual’s Cisco.com ID. Or, click on Add Bill to IDs and Enable Support Access button (to add BIDs and enable them to be used for support access). 2 3

Cisco Confidential 2 Once a valid Cisco.com ID has been entered and either the action Add Bill to IDs or Add Bill to IDs and Enable Support Access has been selected: Screen 3 of 3: 1.Select one, many, or all Bill to IDs from the list. 1 2.Click on the Submit button. A success message will be displayed. An email confirmation will be sent to all Administrators for that Bill to ID as well as the individual. 2 A list of all the Bill to IDs that you manage will appear.

Cisco Confidential 3  Obtain Reports  Open Profile Manager in order for the Administrator to perform/request updates to his profile  Inform Cisco about individuals who have left the company  Inform Cisco about individuals who are obtaining support and may not be authorized  Register a new individual to obtain a Cisco.com ID The Administration screen allows you to:

Cisco Confidential 4 To obtain reports, on the Administration screen: 1.Click on the report type: 2.Select the Name(s), Bill to ID(s), or Group(s). 3.Click the Export to Excel button (a report will be displayed). - by Name - by Bill to ID - by Group 1 2 2 2 3

Cisco Confidential 5 Reports include the Bill to ID and: Whether the Individual is Blocked from the Bill to ID (“Blocked” - the individual does not have the Bill to ID in his profile. “No” - the individual does have the Bill to ID in his profile.) The Individual’s First, Last Name, Cisco.com ID, Address and Email Whether the Individual has Support Access Enabled (“Yes” - the individual can use all Contract Numbers under the Bill to ID in order to obtain support. “No” - the Bill to ID is in the profile, but cannot be used for support.) Whether the Individual can Download Software (“Yes” or “No”) What Type of Technical Support Access the Individual Has (“Open” – can open support requests, “Update” – can update requests, “Query” – can check status of requests) Whether the Bill to ID Number is Locked (“Yes” - it is Locked and the Bill to ID is already in the individual’s profile. “No” - it is not Locked and is in the individual’s profile). The Bill to ID Company’s Name and Address If the report is “by Group”, the Group Name

Cisco Confidential 6  The Profile section contains three links that go to the Cisco.com Profile Manager application where the Administrator can manage his profile. On the Administration screen:  The Contact Cisco section contains two links that enable the Administrator to enter the Cisco.com ID of an individual and sends an email to the appropriate Cisco team to take action.  The Locate Other Administrators link enables the Administrator to enter a Bill to ID they manage in order to see a list of all the Administrators for that Bill to ID.  The Registration link opens the Cisco.com Registration application to create new Cisco.com IDs.
