4.  Our UIP is due to the district on Nov. 1 st, the major components are: ◦ Observation Feedback, focused on growth and support for teachers’ effectiveness ◦ Data Driven Instruction, focused on making decisions in the school and in the classroom based on what students understand and what they don’t understand ◦ Culture, focused on establishing and creating a positive culture for students, parents, and community as a whole
