11. TPRCB Overview The TPRCB is formally established as a new board within the Shuttle Program Board Structure Chaired by Shuttle Deputy Program Manager (Lightfoot) Meets biweekly (2 nd & 4 th Weds., 10:30-12:30 CST)

12. TPRCB Authority and Responsibilities a. Approve and baseline SSP transition requirements. b. Establish and control baseline budgets and schedules for transition. c. Disposition Space Shuttle Management Resource Transition Documents (SMRT)/transition-related decision packages. d. Review and forward, to the HQ/Transition Control Board, SMRT/transition-related decision packages that exceed SSP budget authority and/or include issues/impacts that are external to the SSP and exceed its authority. e. Conduct a quarterly Transition Program Management Review (QTPMR) that reviews the status of transition planning and implementation - including transition risks, issues and metrics. f. Approve waivers, deviations and exceptions to program transition requirements.
