1. Asis AdvancedTCA Class SEEPROM There are two hot swappable shelf ID modules, etch module containing SEEPROM Chip and is housed in the rear of the Shelf. The SEEPROMs store product and manufacturer information such as shelf Serial Number, part number, backplane routing assignment, and shelf heat budget. The SEEPROM is hot swappable and can be replaced under normal operation (no need to shout down the system) In the 2 slot chassis the SEEPROM chip is placed upon the circuit which connect Between the backplane and the Fan tray.
