6. Global financial crisis: new challenges, new approaches  Changing world and crisis require creative thinking to improve aid effectiveness (e.g. harmonization, UCS, anti-corruption initiatives)  While continuing discussion of pending issues (e.g. unbalanced clauses), focus should be on “big picture” items --possibly experiencing through pilots-- with potentially more meaningful & rewarding benefits  An even more inclusive dialogue: other stakeholders inside (e.g. other networks such as PREM on GAC, INT on F&C,..) & outside the Bank (e.g. borrowers - pilots, civil society -governance)
